Alberto Basaglia & Natalia Rota Nodari
Since 1997, Alberto Basaglia and Natalia Rota Nodari have been carrying out projects in the fields of interior design and construction, but also in furniture, creating designs with clean lines and strong character. In 1999, they won the Young & Design Award, materializing their ability to understand the potential of the company they work with and to interpret its features in a product. Later, in 2007, they won the Good Design Award for their modular library system.
The design duo created L001, the first luminaire ever produced by the Pedrali brand, enabling the company to expand its range of lighting commissions. The L001 was soon followed by the L002, Time Out, Happy Apple and the Colette range, which contributed to expanding Pedrali's portfolio in more intimate spaces. The duo Alberto Basaglia and Natalie Rota Rodari describe their unique work as "capturing the specific energies of the people we communicate with and finding a way to enhance them by creating alternative visions, often complementing those that already exist."
