Alessandro Busana
Alessandro Busana was born in Padua, Italy in 1977. He graduated in industrial design from the Scuola Italiana Design in 1999. After graduation he went on to work for several years for major companies such as Rollerblade, Fila, Whirlpool, Alfa Romeo, Chicco, Roncato and Alessi. In 2004 he started his individual career focused on creative design, seeking the right balance between functionality and emotion.
Throughout his career he has attended national and international exhibitions of avant-garde design and has been published in the world's most important design magazines and books. He is also the recipient of numerous awards in the world of design and art. His design is characterized by minimalism and is highly functional. It breathes a lightness and avant-garde that can spice up any interior. He often works with plastics, combined with metal and wood, such as the Basket Chair or Laja, and is not afraid of bold and provocative colours.
