Alessandro Zambelli
Alessandro Zambelli studied industrial design and materials engineering at the Cova School of Design in Milan. His career started in 2000. His approach is characterized by a constant exploration of the human-object-environment interaction and a passion for new technologies and materials. Over the years, Alessandro Zambelli has been involved in different areas of design: industrial inventions, hand experiments, installations, product design, industrial design and creative directions. In 2003 he founded Alessandro Zambelli Design Studio. In 2006 he worked on the Estetico Quotidiano project, which began his collaboration with the Seletti design house. He is also the co-founder of Padiglioneitalia, a collective of designers that seeks to present the specificities of the Italian design scene. He has exhibited at Beijing Design Week, Invito and Tavola, Tokyo Tableware Festival and FOOD and other international design fairs.
