Gordon Guillaumier
Gordon Guillaumier, who was born in 1966 in Malta, studied in Switzerland and England. He graduated in Industrial Design from IED in Milan in 1991 and the following year obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Design from Domus Academy in Milan. Gordon began his career working with the Rodolfo Dordoni Studio, where he worked on design projects with companies such as Foscarini, Artemide and FontanaArte. Later, he worked with Driade alongside Enrico Astori on the development of the Atlantide / Dhouse project.
In 2002 he founded his own Design Studio in Milan, focusing on design consultancy and product and interior design. He is currently the artistic director of Desalto and Roda (together with Rodolfo Dordoni and Gabriella Zecca). His design works are part of the collections of Bosa, Paola C, Desalto, DeSede, Driade, FontanaArte, Frag, Gebrüder Thonet Vienna, Pamar, Azzurra Ceramiche, Kronos Ceramiche and Ceramiche Piemme.
He has collaborated with Tacchini and Driade on new product development.
