Kai Stania

Kai Stania was born in 1965 in Salzburg, graduated with honours in architecture from the Vienna University of Technology in 1995 and studied product design at the Vienna University of Applied Arts. The strength of Austrian designer Kai Stania is undoubtedly the perfect symbiosis between aesthetics and functionality. The perfection of his work is demonstrated by the many international and national awards he received at a relatively early age, including the Vienna Börsepreis für Design, the IF Product Design Award, the Red Dot Award, which he won twice, and the Die Auswahl prize. In addition to his work as an architect and designer, Stania teaches at the Institute of Building Technology and Design at the Technical University of Vienna.
