Luca Pevere

After his studies and experience in Milan, Luca Pevere decided to return to the Friuli Venezia Giulia region in 2006, where, together with Paolo Lucidi, he founded the design studio LucidiPevere in the historic fortress town of Palmanova. Since 2021, he has also been working as a freelancer, personally looking after some prestigious brands in the furniture sector. Given his origins - Friuli Venezia Giulia is a historical crossroads of cultures - he is particularly open to the concept of diversity, searching for possible points of contact between form, archetype, materials and technologies. He firmly believes in human relationships and durable products, for which he is constantly searching for a "pragmatic poetry" capable of balancing corporate identity with the key element of design. He has taught and lectured at various design faculties over the years and has worked with international companies in a variety of sectors including furniture, bathrooms, lighting and giftware.
