Paolo Pampanoni
Paolo Pampanoni was born in Perugia in 1969. In 2000 he founded his own architectural office, which focuses on the design of offices and workspaces. A few years later, his concentration fell mainly on product design, the conception of partition walls for offices, interior furniture, lighting and upholstered furniture. In 2017 he founded Studio Pampanoni D+A, bringing together a network of professional designers. The idea of the studio was based on the desire to create an interdisciplinary group of designers of spaces, products and communication tools capable of creating effective connections between objects, spaces and users.
Studio Pampanoni D+A now works with many companies to promote the value of "Made in Italy". Pampanoni uses its extensive knowledge of products and their production processes in its designs. Thanks to this, he gets ideas and suggestions which he incorporates into the features and values of his designs, he calls it the "performance-oriented method". This is based on the principle that every aspect of his design is aimed at achieving a specific, functional, technical, aesthetic and economic concept - depending on the object and its focus.
