PETER VAN DE WATER

Peter van de Water, born in Mierlo, studied architecture and spatial design at the art school st. Joost in Breda, where he graduated in 1994. In 2000 he founded his own design office for interior and furniture design. In the last few years he has been concentrating fully on furniture and product design. All of Peter van de Water's designs are based on one strong idea. These ideas are transformed into recognizable, sometimes even iconic designs. On the way from this idea to the final product, he searches for that perfect combination of aesthetics, function and construction, all in close collaboration with his clients. The designs should be contemporary, but at the same time have a timeless quality. With every new product, the goal is to design a product that will last.
