This Weber

This Weber, born in 1973 in Zurich, studied jewellery and industrial design at the University of Zurich. After graduating, he worked at Haeberli Marchand Product Development, Gebrüder Thonet GmbH and Christophe Marchand Product Development. After this internship, he opened his own studio in Zurich and worked for several national and international clients, including Crassevig.

From 2004 to 2010 he was responsible for the furniture design department at the design agency Hannes Wettstein, most recently as a member of the board of directors. Weber's design represents an unconventional take on the furniture industry, constantly seeking new challenges and coming up with new ideas. The chairs, armchairs or tables he creates are able to make any space welcoming and give it the right atmosphere thanks to their adaptable design. He is increasingly focusing on reinterpreting classic sectors such as housing and commercial. The design of the products corresponds to the latest trends, which is at the same time tastefully enlivened by a passion for colour.
