A day full of design in the heart of Karlín
4/6/2025 / Office Wave by ALAX - Corso Karlín
On Wednesday 4 June 2025, Praga Studios - a modern space by Scott.Weber in Prague's Karlín district - will transform into a centre of design action. An inspiring afternoon full of news, personal encounters and ideas that will move the industry forward awaits you. Look forward to top speakers, topical topics and a pleasant atmosphere.
Registration and welcome drink will take place in our showroom Office Wave by ALAX at Corso Karlín, just a few minutes walk from Praga Studios. The main programme and workshops will then take place right in this modern space - in close proximity to the showroom. At the end, we will return together to Office Wave, where a relaxed summer afterparty awaits us.
What can you look forward to? The programme will start at 14:00. CAIMI will reveal what everyone should know about acoustics. Designer Folco Orlandini will present his elegant curves in the form of the Arqus collection for Narbutas and the Flexi chair for LD Seating. The PEDRALI brand will offer its vision and show how it thinks about trends and innovation. Studio Dechem will take us into the world of original glass and present the philosophy of its brand HIN, which combines material, light and emotion. ITO Design will share the process of developing ergonomic chairs for the Profim brand. Ondali Studio (Brádka design) will present its thinking on retail strategy and its own brand Ondali. The closing will belong to Polish designer Maciej Karpiak, who will show how he combines new technologies, recycled materials and artistic vision. Each entry will be short, brisk, inspiring - and above all personal.
When the day's programme culminates, the next chapter will open - the summer afterparty with a DJ. You can expect a relaxed atmosphere, outdoor music, drinks and meetings without formality, but with a great deal of interest.
Hooray for designer holidays!
