The minimalist silhouette is complemented by a wide range of material finishes: from upholstered surfaces to natural oak panels to glass variants that maintain visual contact with the surroundings. Thanks to a wide range of accessories, including media ports, electrical outlets, optional wireless charging, and complementary furniture, each booth can be easily customized to meet the specific needs of both the space and its users.

Acoustics That Work

FLATHOUSE provides high acoustic comfort inside the booth while effectively preventing sound from escaping into the surrounding area. It meets the highest standards for noise reduction, ensuring complete privacy during calls, video conferences, and focused work. In addition, the exterior panels filled with acoustic fiber actively contribute to improving the overall acoustics of the office—making the booth not only a place for meetings but also a functional sound-absorbing element in an open space. FLATHOUSE also features an occupancy detection system. A sensor automatically detects the user’s presence and lights up the indicator in red or green. 

Effective ventilation for maximum comfort

The optimized ventilation system ensures rapid air exchange and a comfortable microclimate throughout use. Ventilation is automatically activated by a motion sensor and continues to operate even after the cabin is vacated, ensuring the space is perfectly prepared for the next user. This system promotes hygiene, comfort, and seamless cabin sharing in a dynamic office environment.

Lighting Under Control

Flathouse cabins feature an intuitive touch panel that allows you to easily adjust lighting intensity and airflow according to your current needs. Soft, even lighting promotes concentration and adapts to the nature of the work—from short calls to longer work sessions.
