EWE Studio

Tradition as part of modern design, different techniques, natural materials full of raw shapes. EWE studio creates sculptural and functional works that appeal to all the senses. It looks for inspiration in Mexican history. The Mexico City-based design studio was founded in 2017 by gallerist and curator Age Salajõe and designers Manu Bañó and Héctor Esrawe. In addition to creating design objects that are exhibited across all continents, the trio is dedicated to preserving the artistic heritage in their country. The studio has lent sculptural shapes to the ALTAR table by Tacchini, for example.
