Federica Biasi

Federica Biasi started her professional career in Italy. She later spent two years in Amsterdam, where she studied Nordic design, followed new trends and developed her own style. Her work is characterized by formal simplicity, focusing on delicate, graceful and detailed designs with a pure aesthetic approach. In 2015 Federica returned to Milan and founded her studio. For Federica, it is important to anticipate international trends, be it in terms of colours or materials. Her aim is to balance a personal approach with the clients' requirements. As art director and product designer, she works with Italian and international brands such as Nespresso, Imetec, Nason Moretti and Decoratori Bassanesi. Her work focuses on craft stories and film and photography projects inspired by nature and travels around the world. She combines handwork and tradition to come up with innovative solutions, imagining every detail to design functional and efficient products.
