RIM was founded in 1991 with a business plan to manufacture custom office chairs. The philosophy of healthy sitting and the insights from intensive research in ergonomics influenced the further development of their company. The slogan "FOR HEALTHY SITTING" and the corresponding intention to produce and sell chairs that contribute to the cultivation and improvement of the office environment became the company's main mission. Antonín Zderčík, Lukáš Hasala and Martin Machálka are an experienced trio of designers representing RIM's design department. Their latest contribution is the new EASY PRO office chair.
