Create a quote for your client

You can create a price quote directly on our website, both in PDF and Excel format. After logging in to your account, you will immediately see the wholesale prices at which you buy from us. Watch a comprehensive manual in the video below on this page.

PROFIZONE

Get access to exclusive materials

As a member of Profizone, you gain access to catalogs, price lists or 3D models. You can access them via the Download section in your account (just select the brand and all materials will be displayed immediately). You can also find more information about our Profizone here.

5 easy steps to get started with our system

1. REGISTER

Use interesting discounts on purchases in our e-shop

To register, click on: Login → New registration. A form will open where you enter your details and state that you are an furniture dealer.

The system will send your registration for approval. Afterwards, we will send you an email confirming your status as a furniture dealer. Then you can log in to the system as an architect.

2. LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT

Manage your quotes, orders and other data

After logging in, you can start managing your account. You will find it in the top bar under your login name (see picture).

All price quotes and orders you have created are automatically saved into your account. You can also edit your data or upload your own logo here.

3. CREATE A QUOTE FOR YOUR CLIENT

Quickly and clearly right in the system

How to do it? It's easy! First, find the product you want to add to the quote in our e-shop. If you are logged in as a Furniture dealer, you will immediately see the wholesale prices of individual products. Use the configurator to select parameters, such as color or dimensions, and move the products to the cart. Then click on the New quote button in the cart. There, you can easily set the discount you want to provide to your client (for each item you can immediately see what wholesale discount you have when buying), and add other products (either from our catalog, atypical or from another suppliers). To complete the quote, choose the payment and delivery methods and fill in the client's details. You can download all quotes, send them to customers or return to them at any time. All quotes are automatically saved into the system and can be viewed in your account. When you change the offer to order, you will automatically see the final wholesale price that you pay with us.

4. EDIT THE PRICE QUOTE

Whenever circumstances or prices change

If you need to edit or change an existing quote, go to the Quote section in your account and click the Edit button. The price quote will reopen for you to add other products or change the amount or color versions of the ones already added. Finally, don't forget to save your changes.

5. MAKE QUOTE INTO AN ORDER!

Congratulations! The goods are on their way.

You can change the quote to an order by simply clicking on the button Change into an order. Subsequently, the goods are entered into production. You can always check your current and past orders in your account.
