KIYUMI Minimalist Bar Stool
for all modern interiors
Timeless minimalism. When designing the KIYUMI bar stool , the designer opted for a minimalist Scandinavian style, which is why it features light, natural tones. As a result, this piece fits perfectly into any modern home or commercial space. The bar stool, which stands on a metal base (see the configurator for all options), features a seat and backrest made of ash veneer in several stain finishes.
High or low bar stool? Which one is right for you?
High bar stools are primarily used in restaurants, bars, bistros, and other dining establishments. They are characterized by a seat height of around 75 cm. For a high bar stool, it is recommended to have a bar countertop at a height between 110 and 115 cm.
A low bar stool —also known as a kitchen bar stool —is most commonly used for home kitchen bars and islands. Its seat height is around 65 cm. The recommended height for the bar countertop is between 91 and 95 cm.
Choose the Right Chair
The linear and minimalist lines of the KIYUMI collection are the result of a highly complex design project by designer Tomoya Tabuchi. The seat and curved backrest, made of ash veneer, are attached to a metal frame. The collection includes minimalist chairs with or without armrests, bar stools, and an upholstered seat cushion. This furniture will look great in a wide variety of settings, from homes to commercial spaces such as bars, cafes, and restaurants. Still not sure which chair to choose?
