Arter & Citton

Alberto Werner Arter received his degree from the University of Venice in 1969. He worked with the Art and Costume Laboratory of the Palazzo Grassi in Venice and further developed his studies in the context between architecture and photography. He then worked for many years as a professional architect and designer between Venice and Geneva. He contributed to many projects, including office buildings and the Dupont-Nemour underground car park on Lake Geneva. In 1971, he was selected in a federal government competition for the project's tasks. In 1975 he founded the ARTERCOM working team in Venice, during which time he worked as a consultant and art director for department stores. In 1990 he founded Studio Arter & Citton with Fabrizio.

Fabrizio Citton received his degree from the University of Art in 1990. In addition to architecture, he is involved in interior design, visual merchandising and graphic design. In 1991 he was selected in the "Design Management" competition. In 1992 he was selected to represent Venice at the national design review "Proforme". In the years that followed, he developed project methods and designs for medium and large distributions, and also became art director in several companies in this field. In 1997, he became the founder of the D.MOD Laboratory for Design and Contemporary Art, with responsibilities for products, reviews and exhibitions. In 2000, he received a degree in Contemporary History from the University of Ca' Foscari in Venice. Since 2001 he has been involved in a number of projects and products of architecture and design, which have been published in several professional journals and presented in various exhibitions.
