Cristian Gori

Cristian Gori was born in 1977, graduated from the Siena Institute of Art and entered the world of furniture from his father's company dedicated to wrought iron. He began his career as a product designer in 1996 and in the years that followed was awarded at the Young & Design competition during the Milan Furniture Fair. He boasts a twenty-year collaboration with Pocci + Dondoli Studio, with whom he has created numerous projects, especially chairs. His work has evolved in several areas, from product consultancy to installation for fashion industry projects, but his main focus is product design. He likes to see himself as a designer of chairs, for which he has an immense passion. His designs are unusual, innovative and distinctive, as demonstrated by his collection for Pedrali, which he designed in vibrant colours and extravagant designs.
