Joe Colombo
Joe Colombo was born in 1930. After experience in various artistic fields, from informal painting to furniture, he has been involved in industrial design for mass production since 1963. Experimenting with new materials and using the latest technology, he creates a kind of "machines for life". He has won numerous awards such as the Compaso D'Oro and the International Design Award. Many of his works have been exhibited and included in the collections of major museums around the world, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
