Philip Bro

Philip Bro is a Danish industrial designer. Born in 1962, he graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 1989 and has been teaching there ever since. In 1998, he opened a design studio called Philip Bro, where he mainly focused on the design of lighting fixtures and accessories. His latest design is the Soleil range, where Philip Bro has worked even further with traditional hand-folded Le Klint shades to offer stunning designs in a beautiful combination of aluminium, linen, oak wood and paper.

Phillip has worked with many well-known furniture companies such as Georg Jensen, IKEA and Le Klint. The furniture designed by him is very comfortable, but at the same time extravagant and mesmerizing. In collaboration with Softline, he has created a range of seating furniture in which the Moai armchair or the Easy lounger stands out.
